As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer, you sit at the intersection of enterprise engineering and intelligent automation. You lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions — integrating AI capabilities that drive measurable business impact for global clients. Your technical decisions directly shape Capgemini's Microsoft CX practice and the digital experiences of millions of end users.
You will join Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice - one of the largest Salesforce delivery teams in Poland. We work across the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds) and deliver to clients from financial services, telco, utilities, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and the public sector. You will be assigned to a project that best matches your domain background and career direction.
lead delivery of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions within Agile teams;
extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors);
design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry;
build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems;
champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;
collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach.
