Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and systems to drive innovation and enhance our technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development: Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Services.
• Model Building: Develop and train machine learning models using tools such as Microsofts ML.NET, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Integration: Integrate AI models and services with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to improve model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on AI best practices and Microsoft technologies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Masters degree or higher preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services).
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, or R.
  • Experience with ML.NET and integrating AI solutions into applications.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior developers.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar certifications are a plus.
