
For our client, an international company from the heavy machinery sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Method Engineer who will be responsible for developing technical, repair and service documentation for products used in the machinery industry.
We are looking for a technical, independent and experienced professional A true engineer who can analyse technical solutions, propose improvements, work with documentation and communicate effectively with production and engineering teams.
The role will be performed mainly from Poland, with occasional business trips to one of the Scandinavian countries.
Scope of responsibilities:
Developing, improving and updating technical, service and repair documentation for construction machinery.
Analysing existing technical solutions and proposing improvements.
Preparing technical descriptions, repair instructions, specifications and documentation for service methods.
Cooperating with production, engineering departments and teams responsible for product development.
Participating in processes related to product maintenance and product development.
Analysing components, their locations, assembly methods and disassembly methods.
Participating in FMEA analyses and working with technical requirements.
Supporting activities related to continuous improvement of processes, working methods and documentation.
Participating in initiatives related to modern engineering tools, digitalisation and future ways of working.
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in an engineering or similar role.
Very good understanding of technical, mechanical and design related topics.
Experience in working with technical, service, repair or production documentation.
Ability to analyse technical problems and propose practical solutions.
Experience in working with technical requirements and participation in FMEA analyses.
Knowledge of a CAD environment, preferably Creo, with CATIA as an optional alternative.
Experience in the construction machinery sector, heavy vehicles, machinery industry or related areas.
Very good command of Polish and English at C1 level or the ability to communicate freely in an international environment.
Independence, accuracy and the ability to structure technical information.
Readiness for occasional business trips to one of the Scandinavian countries.
Nice to have:
Practical experience from production, service, maintenance, assembly or workshop environments.
Interest in AI, data analytics, VR/AR, digital engineering or modern tools supporting engineering work.
Experience in working in an international environment.
