Job Brief:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Merchant Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in merchant acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating our merchant network growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential partners. You’ll play a key role in shaping our merchant strategy, nurturing lasting relationships, and ensuring the successful integration of merchants into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential merchants across various sectors

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to promote our services

  • Develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies to drive growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline merchant onboarding

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or partnerships

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition goals

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
