As Senior Merchandising Manager for IITTALA, you'll play a leading role in shaping the global product and merchandising strategy for one of Finland’s most iconic heritage brands. Leading and supporting a dedicated team of merchandising professionals, you will foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment where your team members feel inspired to grow and succeed. Together with your team, you'll translate consumer insights, market trends, and commercial data into compelling assortments that support sustainable growth, brand elevation, and commercial excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and commercial skills, requiring close collaboration with Design, Marketing, E-commerce, NPD, and market teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.

This role can be based in either Copenhagen, Denmark or Espoo, Finland.
In this role, you’ll turn IITTALA’s global product and merchandising strategy into focused and commercially effective plans, supported by strong execution across markets. You’ll work across the product lifecycle, from long-term portfolio and assortment planning to pricing, launch, performance optimization, and end-of-life management, using data and insights to guide decisions and drive performance.
