Support the execution of seasonal product launches across multiple merchandise categories.
Maintain accurate product information to ensure smooth collaboration between merchandising, product development, operations, and sales teams.
Help organize assortments that align with customer demand, business objectives, and launch timelines.
Coordinate product samples for internal reviews, marketing initiatives, customer presentations, and digital content.
Prepare merchandising materials and reports that support planning meetings and selling presentations.
Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates that keep product launches on schedule.
Identify opportunities to improve merchandising workflows and contribute to more efficient business operations.
5 years of merchandising, buying support, product coordination, or related experience within handbags, accessories, footwear, or consumer products.
Proven ability to manage multiple product launches while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with merchandising calendars and product lifecycle processes.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience with PLM, ERP, or other product management systems.
Adobe Photoshop proficiency.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments.
Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or consumer products organizations.
