
Position: Senior Merchandiser
Location: Lahore (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 220,000+ per month
We are seeking a qualified Senior Merchandiser with strong experience in Knit Garments to manage the development process from design to production according to client quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer proficiency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Track all developments from fabric sourcing to finished garments.
Ensure samples provided to buyers are 100% accurate.
Coordinate with vendors to meet delivery times and quality standards.
Communicate with clients to fully understand design requirements.
Work with the sampling team to deliver samples as per client specifications.
Source and manage all necessary accessories.
Conduct pricing exercises and present proposals to clients.
Coordinate with production to ensure capacity is correctly allocated.
Engage with customers for business development opportunities.
Monitor production to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Maintain relationships with buyers to secure repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Flexible and solution-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and innovate.
Ability to read product requirements and determine necessary inputs.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in merchandising or production planning.
