We are now seeking a full-time Senior Merchandiser (Sweater) to join our team.
What you'll do is to......
Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
Understand customers' expectation on the requirement of samples and translate it to the production technicians
Involve in product development process to ensure products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
Communicate with design team on day-to-day basis for product development and address corresponding issues on mass production
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
Research and analyze market trend of yarn/ fabric
Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals and terms
Monitor suppliers performance and bulk fabric quality standard control
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
You will thrive in the role if you ……
Diploma or Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising or related discipline preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable in EU and US market
Strong product and material knowledge, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
Independent, able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail-minded
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Literate in Microsoft Office programs
Occasional travel is required if needed
