Strategic Planning & Execution
Define the merchandising strategies for Fashion Accessories categories that align with business goals and market dynamics
Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and Boutique Managers to execute the Merchandising strategies, including product assortment planning, product launch plans, inventory management and in-store initiatives
Coordinate cross-functionally with Communication and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure product display and placement directly support key business objectives
Retail Support & Performance
Forge strong partnerships with the retail team to ensure seamless execution of product plans and achievement of commercial KPIs
Guide retail teams on seasonal buying and merchandising strategies through actionable analysis and qualitative feedback, while collecting, analyzing, and acting upon customer needs.
Monitor and analyze product performance and sales trends to optimize stock levels and drive sell-through
Market Analysis and Reporting
Analyze market trends and identify current and potential market opportunities by conducting market and competitor studies
Effectively communicate key market information, including emerging style trends, competitive landscape and product potential, to headquarters to guide the future development of fashion accessory products
Prepare analytical reports evaluating the success of seasonal strategies and specific market initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Fashion, Business or other related field
A minimum of 5 years’ applicable retail experience
Strong fashion sense and business consciousness
Proactive, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and foster teamwork across multiple levels and departments within the organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in French is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Willingness and ability to travel as required
More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
