Responsibilities
Drive the development and implementation of a merchandise operation strategy to meet business objectives by leveraging category product and industry knowledge.
Conduct daily data analysis to assess the quality of product supply and traffic.
Gather and apply data-derived business insights to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and materials to support the recruitment and growth of high-quality products, incubate hero products, and contribute to incremental Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Establish data-driven business management methods and develop SOPs.
Collaborate with various teams to build communication, coordination, and data tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
Develop recommendations to educate stakeholders about the platform and to drive product acquisition.
Mentor junior-level team members.
