As our Senior Mental Health Clinician you will deliver early intervention, evidence-based psychological support to young people experiencing a wide range of mild to moderate mental health challenges.
In this role, you won’t just manage a caseload you’ll bring creativity, assertiveness, and a youth-focused mindset to help young people seek help early and get the support they need. You’ll provide clinical supervision and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, culturally responsive, and family-inclusive services that genuinely improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
You’ll shape the future of youth mental health by supporting staff development, mentoring students and graduates, and driving continuous improvement through evaluation, feedback, and innovation. Collaborating with external stakeholders and promoting Brophy across the region, you’ll be a key contributor to an integrated, high-performing service that puts young people at the centre of everything we do.
