This role is being offered as a full-time, permanent opportunity in our Heritage Bank, Warwick Branch This role will be offered as a contract until May 2027 due to parental leave cover purposes.
About the role:
As a Senior Member Experience Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face our customers look forward to seeing in the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real conversations that can support our customers with their financial journeys.
