Client, Project& Team Management
· Briefing the team/writer about the details of new projects and making sure they understand the requirements and client expectations
· Support marketing/business development team with new project requirements and provide technical inputs for the proposals
· Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects ensuring the quality always
· Resource allocation and team alignment.
· Maintain, archive and retrieve all necessary documents to ensure compliance with work process and SOP.
· Responsible for internal and external audit requirements.
Training & Development
· Mentor medical writers, responsible for their performance evaluation, trainings, and feedbacks.
· Development of content for internal and external workshops.
· Maintain monthly training tracker for the team.
· Find the gaps in the capability of the team and arrange/create/conduct trainings to fill them up
Writing/Reviewing
· To develop, write and manage high quality medical and scientific documents.
· Development and revision of technical SOPs and work processes
· Peer reviewing of technical documents and provide technical feedback on areas of improvement.
· Ensure content is logical and well structured, relevant to the target audience and meets the style guides and templates decided for the projects
· Ensure correct format is used for uploading and tagging the documents in medical repositories
