About the role

The General Medicine Sales, Analyst is responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell Takeda's general medicine products. This role aims to build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions, contributing to Takeda's mission of bringing better health to people.

How you will contribute:

  • Engage in face-to-face and remote sales activities with new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions
  • Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
  • Analyze competitive data to understand market dynamics
  • Initiate and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Assist in managed care processes by understanding healthcare schemes

Skills and qualifications:

  • Applies basic selling techniques under supervision to interact with customers.
  • Creates and delivers simple presentations following templates and guidelines.
  • Analyzes competitive data within a structured framework to understand market dynamics.
  • Develops foundational knowledge of biotechnology and its implications in sales.
  • Initiates and maintains professional relationships using basic rapport-building techniques.
  • Assists in managed care processes by applying minimal understanding of healthcare schemes.
  • Demonstrates awareness of medical devices and their usage in a regulated environment.
  • Understands the basics of Diabetes Mellitus and its management under strict guidelines.
  • Uses predefined strategies to influence with minimal experience.
  • Solves problems by following established guidelines and seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Builds trust in professional capabilities through guided experiences.
  • Engages in tasks with reliance on external motivation and instructions.
