You will act as the Medical Affairs Lead for the UK in global forums, ensuring local perspectives are heard while bringing global insights back into the business. This is a highly visible role where scientific exchange is translated into tangible action, measurable outcomes, and meaningful progress for patients.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven leadership and collaboration skills alongside bringing significant medical affairs expertise, scientific credibility, and the ability to operate effectively in a commercially focused organisation. You understand how to turn insight into strategy, and strategy into execution – leveraging medical affairs to drive business impact.
You are an engaging communicator who builds trust quickly with both external experts and internal stakeholders. You bring strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset - while staying focused on execution, metrics, and delivering results.
You will join the UK Medical Affairs Team - a collaborative, ambitious, and impact-driven group united by a passion for medical dermatology. The team works closely across functions and geographies, combining scientific excellence with a practical focus on improving patient outcomes.
