Education/Training :
ï Master of clinical medicine, bio-pharmaceutical or biotechnology as minimum;
Work Experience :
ï More than 1 year clinical practice, (Plastic) surgeon and dermatologist is preferred;
ï More than 2 yearsâ experience in pharmaceutical or medical device company, with track record of field medical affairs/medical strategies
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this positionï¼
ï Has extensive knowledge of aesthetic area and dermatology in clinical practice;
ï Strategic thinking and flexibility to overcome unfamiliar challenges
ï Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
ï Team work and Collaboration: excellent collaboration skills
ï Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills: can influence without authority and has proven experience building and cultivating relationships with key partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally

Duties and Responsibilities èè´£å责任
Main Duties:
ï Physician Support & Medical Education
ï¼ Responsible for supporting and training HCP in the management of medical aesthetic related problems on relevant aging states, analysis of current vs best practices, evaluation and treatment paradigms, and strategies for overcoming barriers to access and optimization of outcomes;
ï¼ Provide support to physicians interested in or involved in IITs (Investigator Initiated Trials) or Galderma supported phase IV studies;
ï¼ Provide reactive response to unsolicited customer requests for product information on off-label indications;
ï¼ Facilitate use of standard prepared responses prepared by Global Medical Affairs to answer requests for medical and product information.
ï KOL/Trainer development
ï¼ Responsible for the identification of key customer âworklistâ, share and review with Medical Affairs leadership timely;
ï¼ Responsible for gaining agreement on the key customer âworklistâ as well as short and long term goals for focus for identified KOL/Trainer and stakeholders.
ï¼ Responsible for successful execution of development plan: Engage and develop more than 20 KOLs/Trainers to be advocate/advisor for Galderma;
ï Support clinical trial and development programs
ï¼ Identify, develop, maintain and expand communication with key investigators to facilitate appropriate research on pipelines and marketed products
ï¼ As appropriate, support in the design and development of clinical studies.
ï Provide internal scientific support
ï¼ Ensure optimal collaboration across the assigned Medical team with internal customers, partners and other stakeholders.
ï Implementation of Galderma SOP, GCP and local policies to ensure medical initiatives to comply to related SOP and regulations
ï¼ Understanding and acting in line with Galderma legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice;
ï¼ Inform Local Safety Responsible of safety issues according to Galderma safety SOPs; and provide scientific support and follow-up on product safety issues
