We are looking for a Senior Media Manager – Offline (f/m/x) who knows how to turn offline media investment into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on role. You will own your markets end to end, run campaigns yourself, stay close to performance every day and continuously challenge how we invest. Your seniority shows in the quality of your judgement: we expect you to improve the plan, not simply execute it.

Deep expertise in either the German or Spanish media market is a must. You will report directly to our Team Lead Media.

Job Description

• Own your markets end to end — plan, book, steer and evaluate offline campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, cinema, print and sponsorships, staying close to delivery and performance every day
• Make every Euro work — deliver against volume and CPL targets, understand what is driving performance and take fast action when results move off plan
• Build and challenge media plans — define channel mix and pressure, benchmark and negotiate opportunities to build data-backed investment cases for where we should invest more — or pull back
• Know what moved and why — go beyond reporting performance, establish cause and effect and turn changes in pressure, schedules, placements or market conditions into clear insights and actions
• Own agencies and media partners — challenge their output, lead market-level commercial discussions, verify delivery and push for better conditions, make-goods and new opportunities
• Raise the bar — improve analytical frameworks and playbooks, automate repetitive work with AI and share your expertise to make the wider team better

Qualifications

• You are a true offline media expert — 5+ years of hands-on experience across TV, radio, OOH and other offline channels
• Deep local media-market expertise in either Germany or Spain is a must — you know the key players, buying mechanics, pricing structures and market dynamics beyond what an agency can tell you
• You think performance, not activity — you connect media investment to volume, CPL and measurable business impact rather than focusing on campaigns, processes or reach alone
• You are analytical and commercially sharp — you don't stop at what happened; you dig into the data, understand why it happened and know what to do next
• You are an operator, not a coordinator — you stay close to campaigns, take ownership, move fast and solve problems yourself instead of managing them from a distance
• High ambition, high standards, low ego — you challenge your Team Lead, agencies, partners and colleagues when the data says so, expect to be challenged yourself and care more about the right answer than being right
