The US Oral Care Senior Media and Digital Commerce Leader is responsible for driving profitable growth across the omnichannel retail ecosystem for Oral Care brands. This role is accountable for translating brand and business objectives into end‑to‑end digital commerce growth strategies by integrating commerce media, digital shelf execution, paid search, content readiness, and performance optimization.

This is not a traditional media planning role. The leader operates as a growth owner and integrator, partnering cross‑functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes while building strong team capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Orchestrate Digital Commerce & Growth Strategy

  • Lead Retailer Media Performance Management & Optimization

  • Accelerate Digital Shelf, Search & Content Integration

  • Lead Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Brand design/delivery or in digital commerce, retail media, or performance marketing roles

  • Strong understanding of the digital commerce funnel, including retail media, paid search, digital shelf, content, and conversion optimization.

  • Working knowledge of evolving media ecosystem with Social media, AI Search and impact on media consumption.

  • Proficient in data and analytics to lead real-time optimization.

  • Bachelor's degree

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
