What You Will Do
- Design and develop mechanical structures for multi-ton Earth return systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into complex systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of structural components to ensure reliability and performance.
- Utilize advanced simulation tools to optimize designs and improve efficiency.
- Lead engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10–15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on structures.
- Proven track record of designing and developing complex mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of materials science and structural analysis techniques.
- Experience in the logistics, hardware, or defense industries is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
