Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Contract Details: Full time

Experience in Data Center projects is mandatory.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems, with a strong focus on data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the mechanical engineering design and implementation for data center projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems

- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

- Develop detailed mechanical engineering plans, specifications, and calculations

- Oversee the work of junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed

- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project managers to ensure successful project delivery

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documents

- Review and approve contractor submittals and shop drawings

- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering for data centers

- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in mechanical engineering for data centers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems

- Experience working on data center projects is mandatory

- Strong knowledge of local codes and regulations related to mechanical engineering for data centers

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
