  • Responsible for the execution of the Turbine Unit System and Air Cooled Condenser Unit
  • Define work packages and prepare technical specifications for scope and services within the turbine system
  • Prepare RFQ documentation, conduct technical supplier meetings, support supplier selection, and ensure timely execution of assigned lots
  • Coordinate and supervise concepts and basic engineering activities with a strong focus on turbine system integration
  • Ensure consistency of technical interfaces between turbine system components and related plant disciplines
  • Clarify interfaces with civil, structural, electrical & instrumentation, construction, and plant layout teams to ensure seamless turbine integration
  • Review, comment, and approve supplier engineering documents, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and timely distribution to stakeholders
  • Support construction and commissioning activities (mainly from the office) and ensure regulatory compliance; willingness to travel 10–20%

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) with 3–5+ years of experience in turbine systems, power plant engineering, or EPC projects
  • Strong experience in turbine equipment, auxiliary systems, or rotating machinery within industrial or power generation environments
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, plant processes, and engineering interfaces
  • Experience in supplier management, technical coordination, and engineering documentation handling
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders (engineering, procurement, suppliers, site teams)
  • Structured, precise, and self-driven working style with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and ensure technical alignment across interfaces
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
