Project Management ā Engineer of record for $5M-$75M infrastructure projects.

HVAC & Mechanical Systems ā Expertise in boilers, chillers, air handling, BMS upgrades, electrical conversions, and piping
ā
Design & Documentation ā Develop engineering calculations, HVAC load analysis, and construction drawings.
ā
Client & Stakeholder Coordination ā Work with architects, contractors, and government agencies (DASNY, CUNY, OGS).
ā
NYC/NYS Code Knowledge ā Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
ā
Education & License ā BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, NYS PE License required
