Location: Cluj-Napoca

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze technical requirements and project specifications

• Design and specify mechanical components and assemblies for Reverse Vending Machines

• Create, review, and release 3D models and controlled engineering drawings for fabrication and assembly

• Prepare and manage Engineering BOMs and component specifications

• Develop and apply engineering standards and design processes (DFX, DFMEA, Design Validation, Design Release)

• Support Supply Chain in validating locally sourced components and implement necessary design adjustments

• Drive DFM activities and quality-oriented improvements

• Coordinate engineering changes based on manufacturing challenges

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design

• Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes

• Experience in industrial equipment design

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills

• Advanced level of English
