Senior Mechanical Engineer 
Redwire Corporation is a global space and defense technology company building the infrastructure of the future and delivering multi-domain solutions. Specializes in the design, manufacturing, and integration of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and advanced electro-optical surveillance systems.   We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components across a variety of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills are highly valued.  Main Responsibilities:Design and implement mechanisms and auxiliary equipment required for product manufacturingDevelop, maintain, and verify technical documentationParticipate in the introduction of new products into production, as well as in research and development activities and their implementationPlan work tasks and prepare technical reportsContribute to planning and execution of activities aimed at improving technology and production efficiencyLead small teams or projects, providing technical guidance and support to colleaguesPerform other duties related to core job functions as assigned by the supervisor.  Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experienceExperience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be considered an advantageProven expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and testingProficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360) and finite element analysis (FEA) toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentA good command of English is required.  We Offer:A culture that values expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement
