What will you be doing?
As a Senior Measurement Solutions Consultant Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, shaping advanced measurement strategies that drive business impact. You will partner with senior stakeholders and data science teams to translate complex business questions into actionable learning agendas, while influencing Circana’s measurement vision and innovation roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary measurement liaison for strategic clients, engaging senior stakeholders (including CSuite) and client-side data science teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Own direct revenue for Measurement solutions, accountable for 105%+ to plan.
  • Develop end-to-end measurement strategies across IFO, Lift, MMM, MTA, and emerging methodologies aligned to client business objectives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into action plans, implementation, and secure favorable client feedback.
  • Partners with Media Leads to drive contract renewals opportunities with significant revenue increases; negotiate effectively with decision makers.
  • Frequently and proactively identify quantified client growth opportunities and risks, scoping and escalating effectively.
  • Use innovative thinking and analytics to engage client teams leveraging Circana data assets and technology for high impact solution recommendations
  • Deliver measurable and significant increase in breadth and depth of measurement solution penetration over plan.
  • Identify unrecognized client needs and shift perspectives to sell in solutions.
  • Influence product and innovation by shaping next generation methodologies through a customer centric lens.
  • Leverage Circana’s data science and operational capabilities to transform workflows for scalable, high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to Circana’s holistic measurement vision, including partnerships, M&A, and new builds to strengthen market UVPs.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell solutions beyond contract scope, driving ad hoc revenue with significant impact to plan
  • Coach/mentor Measurement team members.
  • Builds strategy for future managerial responsibility within team.
  • Consistently create and share industry thought leadership content; present at industry events; brings to key client stakeholders to reinforce Circana’s role as a trusted partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing measurement, analytics, or consulting.
  • Expertise in measurement methodologies (MMM, MTA, Lift, IFO) and advanced analytics.
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of owning targets and delivering to plan.
  • Experience developing end-to-end measurement programs that solve for complex client challenges & objectives
  • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, renewals, and solution penetration growth
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product innovation.
    • Demonstrated success in thought leadership through executive-level client interactions.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $245,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
