Must

Have Skill:

• Strong experience in

Model-Based-Development for embedded software

development

• Strong with M-

scripting, M script based automation, GUI ,

APP

• Good programming skills C

Hands on Control Model development exposure

• Should have hands-on experience in

developing MA check and MAAB rules

Knowledge in software development processes

and tools

• Experience with developing

custom tooling within the MATLAB / Simulink /

Stateflow / Embedded Coder / M-Scripting

environment, for automation, model

refinement, model quality evaluation /

checking, process implementation, and any

other relevant aspects

• Track record

of driving improvements in practices,

processes, methods

• Strong

interpersonal communication and problem-

solving skills

• Self-starter who can

work cross-functionally with other people

Good team working skills in an international

environment

Good to Have:

• Very good

understanding of automotive systems and

features.

• Familiarity with

Application Lifecycle Management tools, MXAM,

Reactis, BTC

• Simulink verification

and validation

• Experience with Model

Based Development in automotive software

applications

• Familiarity with AUTOSAR

(Classic and Adaptive) concepts,

architecture, specifications, and

configuration

• Experience with version

control using GIT, Jira.

• Exposure to

SIL and MIL ECU development process.

Experience in building automotive MIL ECU

control models using Simulink–State Flow.

experience in SL test Suite and MUT Test

Key Responsibilities

Client Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks.

1. Create And Maintain Documentation Related To Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi Standards, Ensuring That All Client Requirements Are Thoroughly Documented And Communicated.
2. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Matlab Development Practices And Principles, Fostering A Collaborative And Productive Team Environment.
3. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather, Clarify, And Validate Requirements For New Developments And Enhancements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.
