As a Senior Master Data Specialist within the Service Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable, customer‑centric data ecosystem. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer experience, data reliability, and operational efficiency by setting high standards for data integrity, governance, and stewardship across international markets.
This role is based within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in an international, cross‑functional environment. You will work in a hybrid setup with an office location at the Center of Expertise in Warsaw, collaborating closely with colleagues across countries, IT partners, and business stakeholders to support new platforms, integrations, and the ongoing MiniMed transition.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience with ERP migrations, Agile project management (Scrum), or prior exposure to the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus.
