Senior Master Data Administrator



Area of responsibility

  • To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of vendor & customer master data across systems and processes, supporting procurement, finance, and supply chain operations. The role is critical in maintaining high data quality standards and enabling efficient business operations.

Specific tasks

  • Manage and maintain vendor & customer master data records in ERP and related systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute vendor & customer onboarding, updates, and deactivation processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and cleansing activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to vendor & customer data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for vendor & customer master data processes and tools.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members or new hires.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving master data.
  • Creation and maintain internal documentation.
  • Support Team Leader in reporting activities, including internal and external audits

Educational background

  • Master’s degree in finance and accounting or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and data workflows.
  • Fluent in English language

Relevant experience

  • Experience in the food production or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Prior involvement in data migration or system implementation projects.
  • Experience in mass transactions (including LSMW)
