We are seeking a high-performing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting the Head of Sydney North Sales market leader. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the North Sydney Commercial Sales team and wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and create marketing materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Support the National Director and team of agents to produce agency documents for sales transactions.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and sale proposal.
  • Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
  • Experience using Indesign and Canvas is strongly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional communication skills.
