Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will act as a business-driven marketer responsible for leading integrated marketing initiatives while identifying and activating strategic external partnerships. You will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and business development to scale the TikTok LIVE creator ecosystem in Japan.
1. Strategy Formulation: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and business KPIs. Back-calculate from business goals to design impactful initiatives.
2. End-to-End Project Management: Drive projects from planning to execution with high ownership and meticulous attention to detail. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
3. Performance Management: Manage and track goals and KPIs through data analysis, using insights to optimize marketing strategies.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with external stakeholders (brands, agencies, industry bodies) and internal cross-functional teams to align on objectives and drive mutual growth.
5. Agency Partnership & Development: Lead the acquisition and strategic development of creator agencies and talent management companies for TikTok LIVE. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships to grow the platform collaboratively.
6. Operational Support & Enablement: Provide robust support for live streaming activities, including performance reporting for partners. Create comprehensive manuals and community guidelines, and conduct workshops to educate and empower agencies.
