A Day in the Life

As a Senior Marketing Specialist within Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) business, you will drive the adoption of innovative therapies by leading marketing initiatives, customer education programs, and market development activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and patient impact while partnering closely with customers and commercial teams.

In this position, you will serve as the primary marketing partner for the CRDN portfolio across Italy, Greece, and Israel, collaborating with local sales teams and SHQ marketing colleagues. You will support product launches, customer engagement, educational programs, and commercial growth initiatives in close collaboration with the regional and country marketing peers and local CRDN leadership team. The position should be based in Italy and requires approximately 40% travel to customer sites, training events, and congresses throughout the region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Drive the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across your region.
• Partner with country CRDN leaders and sales teams to accelerate therapy adoption and achieve business objectives.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities through regular field engagement and country CRDN leadership team interactions.
• Plan and execute physician education programs, training initiatives, and market development activities.
• Support product launches and commercialization efforts across the cluster.
• Develop competitive intelligence and provide commercial teams with tools and insights to strengthen market positioning (e.g. you will be the expert and reference for CRDN in your region, supporting the sales team with all technical and clinical specs&data needed for tenders and to win deals, as well as providing them with tools needed to counterattack competitive messages).
• Support in training whenever needed any new joiner in CRDN team across your region.
• Collaborate with SHQ marketing team to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and best practices.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and business reviews to drive sustainable growth.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Several years of marketing, product management, or commercial experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience working directly with customers and commercial teams in a field-based environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to drive business decisions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
