Your tasks:

• 
  Development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies and activities to strengthen our brand presence.
• 
  Conceptualization, planning, execution, and follow-up of campaigns and customer events (in-person, hybrid, and online), as well as incentive events domestically and internationally.
• 
  Primary marketing contact for our branches in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria.Planning, creation, and distribution of customer newsletters.
• 
  Planning and execution of marketing campaigns.Maintenance and updating of our CRM database to ensure optimal customer communication.
• 
  Management and continuous development of our social media channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• 
  Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships.
• 
  Intensive cooperation with the sales team to successfully implement marketing initiatives.

Your experience:

• 
  At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a comparable position.
• 
  Very good MS Office skills, with particular proficiency in Excel.
• 
  Passion for event management and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences.Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
• 
  Ideally, experience with WordPress.Confident handling of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• 
  A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive and independent working style.
• 
  Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva is a plus.
• 
  Native-level Dutch is mandatory; very good German and English skills are required.
• 
  Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• 
  Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
• 
  A precise and responsible working style, making you an ideal addition to our six-person marketing team.
