About the Role
Fortegra is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support sales enablement, strengthen partner communications, and contribute to revenue growth through well-executed marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the Manager of Performance Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales enablement, marketing operations, and business development within a specialty insurance environment.
This individual will develop and manage sales enablement resources, streamline internal workflows, and elevate the quality and consistency of business development materials that communicate Fortegra's insurance products and service contract offerings to retail and distribution partners. The role requires a disciplined approach to project management, strong written communication, and the ability to translate complex insurance concepts, products, and program structures into clear, compelling, partner-ready content.
The ideal candidate is a strong B2B marketer first, with a practical understanding of how AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies can improve productivity, content development, and business processes. The candidate will bring proven corporate marketing experience, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms, including AI-assisted productivity tools. Experience in insurance, financial services, or another complex B2B or regulated industry is a meaningful advantage. This role operates in an environment where accuracy, compliance awareness, and the ability to work within established guidelines are essential. The Senior Marketing Specialist will partner closely with sales leadership, underwriting, product teams, technology, and marketing stakeholders to ensure Fortegra's teams are equipped with clear messaging, scalable resources, and effective processes that support growth across our partner distribution channels.
