The Senior Marketing Scientist at MASS Analytics is responsible for end-to-end project management, delivery, and client relationship maintenance. The role owns project execution from kick-off through recommendations, ensuring methodological rigour, clear storytelling, and high-quality outcomes, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. The Senior Marketing Scientist works closely with R&D and Engineering teams to continuously enhance MASS Analytics’ products and delivery approaches, and supports commercial activities through demos, proposals, and renewals.
· Mirror and assist the Marketing Science team Manager in delivering Data Analytics projects end to end: from kick-off, data collection, data preparation & processing, modelling to results and recommendations.
· Translate statistical outputs into clear, actionable business insights and client-ready storytelling (slides, executive summaries, and dashboards).
· Provide Demos, Training, Help Desk services to ensure strong client adoption of MassTer and related tools.
· Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and actively contribute to renewals
· Partner with R&D to test new product versions, report issues, propose enhancements, and contribute ideas for improving modeling workflows and UX.
· Support Business Development/Sales with technical pre-sales: discovery, solution design, and technical proposal inputs.
· Actively support the Business Development teams (Marketing & Sales) in client acquisition, conversion and renewal.
· BSc/MSc or equivalent in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business.
· + 3 year experience in a similar domain.
· Strong foundation in statistics and modeling (e.g., regression, feature engineering, diagnostics)
· Curiosity-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
· Ease with common analytics toolkits (Python, R, etc.) and strong Excel skills.
· Experience running training and client workshops; confident in cross-cultural and international client settings.
· Adherence to and clear implementation of information security standards is essential and required for this role
· Strong communication skills and ability to present complex analysis to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
· Fluent written and spoken English.
· Good level of French (written and spoken) is required.
