
Joining ITG on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, you will be pivotal in ensuring all projects run smoothly and efficiently across multi-channel campaigns working with industry leading clients such as Costa Coffee, Puma, Marks & Spencers and many more.
You'll have a strong understanding of how campaigns transition through an agency like ours from conception to delivery. This means you are well-versed in the entire lifecycle of campaign development, from initial brainstorming and strategic planning stages, through creative design and content creation, right up to the final execution and performance analysis.
You'll be an empathetic leader who has both a technical and creative eye which will help you manage day to day projects. Your leadership style focuses on understanding the perspectives and needs of your team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. With your keen technical insight, you can navigate complex project requirements and problem-solve efficiently, while your creative acumen ensures that the work delivered is innovative, engaging, and meets the highest standards.
