In the pivotal role of Senior Marketing Product Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to strategically position and enhance our product offerings in the market. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and innovation across our product portfolio, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers while staying ahead of market trends.

As the Senior Marketing Product Manager located in Monroe, NC, you are critical to executing our Commercial Strategy, specifically around pricing and product portfolio management, in alignment with the overarching goals set by the Commercial Director or Manager. This role is crucial for meeting and surpassing the financial targets within our annual business plan, ensuring long-term success and sustainability for ATI Specialty Materials and ATI at large.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain pricing/profit margins that are consistent with the current business plan and support the long-term objectives of ATI Specialty Materials and ATI.
  • Understand the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Identify significant or strategic business opportunities that support ATI's objectives and develop proposals and/or strategies for securing this business.
  • Identify customer service problems and opportunities.
  • Initiate appropriate actions to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and planning to support customer requests.
  • Work with customers and sales to forecast demand based on customer requirements.
  • Support the business planning process.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a Product Marketing role in a materials manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience with powder metals.
  • Experience in a commercial role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical talent and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation.
