Job Description

Service Center

CSCS TX

  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and performance of marketing platforms including CRM, CDP, CMS, VOC and analytics tools.
  • Manage integrations between marketing systems and other business platforms as needed.
  • Evaluate new technologies and lead implementation projects to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Partner closely with IT, Intake and other cross-functional teams to guide, maintain and enhance the Martech stack
  • Serve as the primary administrator for marketing tools, managing user access, permissions, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and/or IT for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Ensure customer data integrity across platforms through regular audits and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and other data teams to define and enforce data and security standards, taxonomy, and opt-in/out compliance.
  • Improve marketing workflows by partnering closely with the team, discovering key need-states and enhancing tools.
  • Train marketing team members on platform usage and new features as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing team efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on digital best practices in order to seek, implement and measure better solutions
  • Proactively bring improvement recommendations related to tech stack, architecture, content development, reporting/data, tracking, etc.

Skills needed:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business, Information Architecture, or related degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience with full Marketing tech stacks, demonstrating proven evaluation, selection, integration and optimization of toolsets
  • Understanding of migrating from legacy or home-grown systems to out-of-the-box, enterprise Marketing solutions
  • Proven analytical skills; ability to evaluate core functional needs and translate into meaningful capabilities
  • Excellent vendor management skills, strong partnership development and existing Martech contacts
  • Strong B2B2C business acumen, understanding how to translate business goals into marketing functionality and martech solutions
  • “Quick win” mentality: establish use case roadmap ensuring initial pilot successes to maintain momentum and team attention
  • Strong prioritization skills understanding troubleshooting urgency and project balance
  • Spirit of curiosity, enjoying having your “finger on the pulse” of what is new in the space ensuring BIC vendor selection and utilization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear expectations and deadlines; experience with PM systems like Airtable, SmartSheet, Jira, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; this role will work across multiple brands and interact with many stakeholders at all levels of the company
