Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing the full spectrum of marketing plans and promotional strategies
• Support end-to-end marketing and promotion campaigns, from concept development to execution, including ATL, BTL, PR, POSM, and events
• Develop marketing campaigns, activations, and collaterals to drive brand awareness and business growth
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and conduct competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective cost control
• Handle ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / FMCG industries
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Passionate about the F&B industry, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
