Job Information

Job Responsibilities

• Support marketing plan development to achieve annual sales and profitability targets
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute approved plans, including new product launches and sales promotions
• Manage production houses, creative agencies, and social media agencies to ensure high‑quality, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of all projects, with a focus on Digital, ATL, and BTL
• Support post‑campaign analysis and reporting
• Manage social media platforms
• Assist in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG preferred
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Creative and eager to drive change
• Well-organized with strong project and budget management skills
• Strong business and marketing sense
• Knowledge and experience in ATL/BTL activities and social media management
• Understanding of the QSR market is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
