In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a collaborative team delivering integrated marketing and communication programs that drive road and maritime safety and influence safer behaviours on our roads and waterways. This role will support the Manager in developing and implementing safety campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. You’ll coordinate marketing initiatives that promote safe travel, encourage behaviour change, and help reduce serious injuries and fatalities across NSW roads and waterways.

You will lead the design, production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with operational and business priorities. Drawing on customer insights, you’ll develop targeted communications, manage budgets and timelines, and monitor campaign effectiveness to deliver measurable outcomes.

About you

Your strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills—developed across marketing, communications or transport sectors—will help you navigate a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities. Recognised as a collaborative and proactive professional, you’re skilled at turning complex information into clear, engaging messages and have proven experience in leading the development, delivery and management of, customer-focused campaigns that support organisational goals and drive behaviour change.

You bring appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience. Ability to work effectively in a job share arrangement (Friday to Tuesday).
