In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote overseas hotel accommodation, including internal training and external launch plans to increase product adoption
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support the commercial and product teams' efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Translate technical details into benefits for partners and create compelling messages across marketing channels (case studies, landing pages, brochures, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving marketing strategies to drive business growth

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, own experience in team management, preferably within the tourism or hotel accommodation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with behavioral insights and nudging, as well as good knowledge and understanding of OTA/ Travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
  • High proficiency in English, able to communicate with internal teams and external partners without barriers.
  • Comfortable with frequent business travel
