Zondervan Books is seeking a Senior Title Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for key frontlist titles and select backlist opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines the strategic and relationship skills of an experienced title marketer with the instincts of a modern content marketer. This person knows how to identify the audiences most likely to resonate with a book’s underlying felt need, find the ideas and stories within a book that will capture attention, and translate those insights into marketing that builds audience, generates demand, and drives sales.
This role works closely with authors, editorial, publicity, digital marketing, creative, sales, and retail partners and requires equal strength in campaign strategy, content and audience development, digital marketing, creative judgment, and author relationships.
