Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Marketing team isseekinga highly strategic, detail-driven Senior Marketing Manager to leadmarketing strategyandbusiness developmentefforts for its Tenant Advisory practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role balances the development ofmarketing collateral that drives new business with strategic andholistic support of all stages of the marketing funnel from market visibility and client engagement throughpursuitexecution and delivery. The Senior Marketing Manager partners closely with brokers, leadership, the larger Mid-Atlantic and national marketing teams, and cross-functional service verticals to shape messaging, manage workflows, and deliver high-impact materials and campaigns.

This individual serves as a trusted partner to internal clients,leads asmall marketing team, anddrivesday-to-day execution and process. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight timelines without compromising quality.This is an in-office role based in Washington, D.C., with the expectation of daily collaboration with brokerage,leadershipand the marketing team Remote work will not be considered.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Business Development

  • Leadcampaigns,proposalsand projectsfrom kickoff through delivery, partnering with brokers,leadership, and marketersto develop messaging,materialsand positioningwith a strong emphasis on clarity,organizationand differentiation

  • Conduct research on prospects,clientsand market dynamics to inform materials and strengthen positioning

  • Partner with research to incorporate relevant data and insights into pursuits and deliverables

Content, Systems and Operational Excellence

  • Write, edit, and oversee development of marketing materials across formats,maintainingconsistency and quality

  • Build andmaintainregional Tenant Advisory content libraries including case studies, resumes, and key messaging

  • Manage,utilize, andoptimizemarketing tools, platforms, and systems to support deliverable execution and tracking (Monday.com,LeaseUp, Matterport)

  • Implement a systematic review and reporting process for email viability and send list management (xRMClick)

  • Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, templates, and documentation

  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team workflows

Positioning and Public Relations

  • Position brokers and leadership in the market through coordinated visibility initiativesincluding award submissions, event presence and speaking opportunities

  • Coordinate client and prospect touchpoints, including email communications,eventsand campaigns

  • Partner withmarketing leadership, regionalpublicrelationsand brokerage teams to supportmediaandawareness campaigns

  • Lead social media strategy for the Tenant Advisory brokerage team, includingthedevelopment of a robust content calendar

StakeholderandTeam Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internalTenant Advisoryclients, managing expectations,timelinesand deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

  • Lead, mentorandassign/prioritize work for a small marketing team, ensuring high-quality output andprofessionaldevelopment

  • Collaborate across brokerage, research,designand leadership teams toestablishpriorities andexecutewith accuracy and efficiency

  • Confidently manage up, guiding stakeholders through timelines, deliverables, and production needs

Project ManagementandDelivery

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously,maintainingstrict control over timelines, milestones,qualityand deliverables

  • Establish clear workflows and communication to ensure efficient, on-time execution

  • Rapidly reprioritize in response to shifting deadlines and business needs

  • Ensure all deliverables areaccurate, on-brand, and delivered ata high levelof quality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field

  • 7–10+ years of marketing experience within commercial real estate or a professional services environment

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and executing business development pursuits (RFPs, RFIs, presentations)

  • Experience managing internal stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring team members preferred

  • Proficiencyin Adobe InDesignrequired; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

  • Highproficiencyin Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)required

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly translate ideas into polished deliverables

  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute under tight deadlines witha high levelof accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Professional presence with the ability to effectivelyinterface withsenior leadership and internal clients

  • Experience with CRMand email management and reporting platforms isrequired

  • Experience using Monday.com,LeaseUp, and Matterport preferred

Portfolio:Representative work samplesare highlysuggested but notrequired

Compensation is commensurate with experience, with an expected salary range of $110,000 to $125,000, depending on qualifications and expertise.
