Lead and support seasonal and annual Sportstyle marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Manage execution of product launches, campaigns, fashion and streetwear collaborations, and retail activations
Drive consumer-focused storytelling across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels
Own day‑to‑day project management for assigned category and franchise initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met
Act as a key cross‑functional point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, GTM, Creative, Production and Marketing teams
Support regional and channel marketing teams with clear tools, guidance and content to enable effective implementation of global seasonal franchise strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize plans based on insights and KPIs
Coach and develop junior team members and foster collaboration.
4-6 years of experience in category marketing, brand marketing or integrated marketing within fashion, lifestyle or streetwear categories
Experience supporting the development of seasonal or annual category marketing plans
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and timelines
Hands‑on experience working with creative assets, sell‑in tools, and seasonal marketing deliverables
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a cross‑functional, global marketing environment
In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and landscape
Passion for social and digital media
Willingness to travel internationally.
