What you will do

The Senior Marketing Manager Skin Health & Beauty Southern Europe is responsible for developing and executing tactical marketing plans, managing budgets, and driving innovative brand strategies (Neutrogena, Biafine, OGX, Aveeno). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure brand integrity, lead product development, and inspire your team to achieve business goals:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external agencies to design and implement innovative and integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse cultural nuances and emerging beauty trends across Southern Europe.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business, brand, and marketing plans to achieve brand growth, market leadership, and meet future market demands.
• Utilize data-driven insights, consumer behavior analytics, and thorough market analysis to craft compelling brand narratives, identify opportunities and threats, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Champion sustainability and wellness initiatives within brand messaging to align with evolving consumer values and regulatory landscapes.
• Collaborate with R&D and product innovation teams to translate scientific advancements into captivating brand stories, develop new product concepts, and manage the product portfolio through financial modeling and gap analysis.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, beauty experts, key opinion leaders, digital platforms, and stakeholders to amplify brand visibility, authenticity, and influence market trends.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective promotional activities and accurate measurement of campaign performance.
• Mentor, inspire, and oversee talent management activities including performance reviews, coaching, development, promotions, recruitment, and performance improvement initiatives to foster a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous learning within the marketing team.
• Ensure brand integrity by coordinating efforts across functions and regions to protect brand reputation and business interests.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the health and beauty sector
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans with measurable results.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build networks with key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment.

• Strong financial acumen including experience with budgeting, financial modeling, and gap analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Experience in talent development, including coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to blend creativity with analytical rigor, leveraging market insights to craft compelling brand strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and collaborating across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
• A visionary mindset with a passion for sustainability, wellness, and innovation that drives brand differentiation in a competitive marketplace.
