TheSenior Marketing ManagerofNon PersonalPromotion,willbe responsible forthe executionofHCPmedia anddigital marketing efforts in the USona set ofIMFINZIindications, and potentially support the launch of new Oncology products within the growing portfolioThis role may also support Consumer marketing efforts within the IO franchise.This position isin person,based inGaithersburg,MDand will report totheSeniorDirectorofNPP & Consumer Marketing,IO

  • Lead implementation of HCP, non-personal, digital marketing strategies in the US market for a set of IO indications

  • Support theHCP digital launch activities for new Oncology products within the IO franchise

  • Lead implementation ofinnovativeHCP digitalmarketing strategies and programs in the USmarket

  • Support the creation ofHCPcampaign strategies with a focus on opportunities thatenable us to orchestrate our campaigns acrosschannels and functions

  • Manage creative projectsand workflowwith agencyand media agencyof record

  • Lead implementation of HCP, non-personal, digital marketingstrategiesin the US market

  • Managedigital media activations with our media agency ensuring best-in-class media plan,performanceand execution

  • Potentially create consumer marketing strategies and tacticsacross a tumor type with multiple indications for IMFINZI

  • Support the overall IMFINZI pan tumor consumer approach across all indications by partnering with broader consumer team

  • Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, opencommunicationand fun

  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives 

  • Collaborate within theIObrand team and cross functional teamssuch as Market Access, Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Legal, to ensurefullalignment,maximize synergies andadvance the business

  • Effectively manage marketing budget for areas ofresponsibility

  • Collaborate toprovidea holistic view ofmedia data and analytics, helping define clearKPlsacross the marketing funnel that enable the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness

  • Assistin the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies

  • Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry and outside of industrybest practices

  • Support broader NPP & Consumer team with a nimble team-first mindset

WhatExperienceDo You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired

  • 3yearsoftotal commercial healthcareor healthcare relatedexperiencerequired

  • USpharmadigital marketingexperiencerequired

  • Oncology product marketing experience preferred

  • Product launch experience preferred

  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agencypartnersand budgets 

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing prioritiesto meet deadlines

  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues 

  • Ability to assess risks and benefits to maketimely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/ or exceeding objectives

  • Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $151,081-$226,622. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
