
The Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) TRUQAP will be responsible for leading execution of HCP
digital and non-personal marketing efforts in the US market. This role will help translate TRUQAP brand strategy into high-
impact omnichannel programs that engage healthcare professionals, support appropriate patient identification, and
strengthen TRUQAP’s position in an increasingly competitive oncology marketplace.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the broader TRUQAP team and cross-functional partners across
Market Access, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Insights, Analytics, and agency partners to ensure aligned,
compliant, and effective execution.
This position will report to the US Head of Marketing, TRUQAP, or the designated TRUQAP Brand Marketing Director.
This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD (Washington DC Metro area), headquarters for our US Oncology and the
Oncology Business Unit. Gaithersburg, MD is one of over 400 sites here at AstraZeneca, providing a collaborative

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
