We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join and and drive the Growth & Marketing efforts at one of our Ecosystem companies.

As a Senior Marketing Manager you’ll build and execute the local marketing strategy for Germany, helping the company successfully enter and scale in a new market by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Join the A11 Ecosystem – Our Ecosystem company is a fast-growing legal tech company building AI software that helps law firms research, analyse and draft legal work faster and more reliably, with verifiable sources at its core.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy and brand presence in the German market
  • Build and scale a demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline
  • Translate global positioning into locally relevant messaging for legal professionals
  • Drive demand generation and brand awareness across digital, content and event channels
  • Build and manage partnerships within the German legal and legal-tech ecosystem
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Founders to align marketing efforts with commercial goals

Typical tasks:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships)
  • Manage paid channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google) and continuously optimize performance
  • Plan and execute the company’s presence at industry events, conferences and meetups
  • Create and localize marketing content tailored to German legal audiences
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution and ROI

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, legal tech or high-growth startups
  • Strong hands-on experience in demand generation and performance marketing
  • A founder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and ready to get things done yourself
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native-level) and English (fluent)
  • Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and event tools (Luma, Brella)

Please note that this position is based in BERLIN/MUNICH

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive annual salary range with equity participation
  • Work in a well-funded legal AI tech company with an ambitious, smart and international team
  • Be one of the first to make GTM Germany a success and grow with the company
  • Performance bonuses tied directly to measurable results and impact
  • Regular team retreats and off-sites
  • Hybrid work setting

If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
