Your Mission

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager Spain & France (m/f/d) to take two brand-new markets from zero to traction. This role is strategic and executional in equal measure: you'll define how Libra shows up in Spain and France – and then build it yourself. You'll shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans, and you'll run the campaigns, host the events and own the numbers.

Legal professionals should be able to discover Libra, understand its value and start working with it immediately. That makes your work the primary growth engine in these countries.

What You'll Do

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Spain and France – market entry, positioning, messaging and channel mix – and translate it into a concrete launch and growth plan
• Adapt Libra's messaging and value proposition to the legal cultures, practice areas and buying behaviors of each market
• Build and run a self-service acquisition funnel. from first touch through landing page, sign-up and activation
• Create high-performing content in Spanish and French across formats (blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events), with the support of local teams
• Localize and optimize landing pages and marketing assets for SEO, GEO and conversion in both markets
• Partner with Performance Marketing and our central marketing team to keep messaging consistent across the funnel and across markets
• Plan and execute grassroots activations, webinars, local events and community initiatives to build trust and awareness among legal professionals
• Conduct competitor analysis for Spain and France and feed insights back into the wider marketing team

What You Bring

• 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally including at least one market launch or expansion
• Proven ability to operate at both levels: setting strategy and executing it hands-on with high quality and speed
• Strong writing and storytelling skills across channels, you translate product capabilities into value professionals immediately understand
• Experience with self-service, product-led or e-commerce-style funnels is a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on and collaborative mentality, with strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity about legal technology and the practice of law
• Fluency in Spanish or French (native or C1+) and conversational language skills in English, fluency in both Spanish and French is an advantage
