Lead the growth trajectory ofindications within your tumour area(s)includingdevelopingand implementingbrand strategiesand fosteringcollaboration across functional areas (organizing individuals, activities, communications, and resources) to achieve businessobjectivesin a timely manner for current and launch products.
Prepare and implement relevantcustomer activities and sales force content deployment, implementing campaigns with a consistent voice across channels
Build professional relationships with KEEs andestablishstrong brand endorsement and advocacy among related therapy area

Your role within this Oncology team will be to work collaboratively with the other Oncology SMMs and MMs to improve work and seek opportunities for learning and sharing new insights and doing things differently.
Qualifications
University degree in science and/or business
Minimum of 5 years related pharmaceutical industry experience includingmarketingand salesand experience successfully leading a cross-functional team.
ExceptionalBusiness acumen: strong strategic thinking and planning skills with ability to implement plans with excellence
Embraces an agile mindset to develop necessary processes to ensure consistent deliverables. Knows how to mobilize people and activities effectively to achieve impactful outcomes

Proven strong influencing skills and communication skills

Annual base salary for this position ranges from 136,829.60 to 179,588.85.
AstraZeneca is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances.
In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role). Benefits offered for permanent roles include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, and annual Personal Days.
